Breakfast wrap

I just fancied a breakfast wrap.
So easy to make in the air fryer .
Cut the baby potatoes into chips and par boiled.
Added them with the sausage to the air fryer for 15 minutes, checking every five minutes to give a shake and turn the sausages.
Fried up the egg and placed it on a wrap, topped with sausage and chips.
Brown sauce added....
Yummy.

I made a ham sandwich on sourdough bread with mayo for breakfast. It was delicious! (I asked for sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches when Pretty went shopping a few days ago but she said Walmart was out of anything frozen... The frozen cases were all empty but we don't know why.) Maybe they lost electricity so had to remove all their stock. If the power went out after they closed, then everything thawed and they had to throw it all away. That happened once when I still worked at Walmart.
Our power did flicker the night before she went shopping because we had a bad storm but our electric came back on when I checked the breakers in the laundry room and flicked the master back on. Good thing I keep flashlights all over the house. I only had to grab one off my headboard to walk through the house. Pretty didn't even wake up. 
(I woke up because my CPAP machine shut off when the power went off. It chokes me when it shuts off.)

@DaddyEvil. The freezer and fridge sections in our supermarkets have gone down several times since we have been having all this hot weather ....power surges have been to blame.
We are not used to such heat in this country.

That breakfast wrap sounds delicious.
My breakfast was not exciting or fancy.... peanut butter with raspberry jam on whole wheat toast, grapes and coffee
