Coffee and Some Cleaning

Happy Thursday Everyone! a bright and sunny day here today with decent temperatures. Perfect summer day 
After being out yesterday, today I have stuff to do around the house. Or, I should say the kitchen. I noticed how much the light that hangs over my island needs cleaning. So that's on my "to do" list along with the microwave. Not hard things to do just needs doing.
There's always something to do around the house 
The fun side of my day will be finishing my book (hopefully)
Other than that, it's a typical day here with no complaints.
What's going on in your little corner of the myLot world?

It is beautiful outside and I think it will be cool enough to do steps outdoors. It's not humid which is the best thing!

If you quit looking up, you won't see any of the high stuff that needs cleaned. 
I can only look up if I'm laying in bed on my back or, if I fall down... If I fall down, I'm not thinking about what needs cleaned above me. 
My ceiling fan in my bedroom needs to be cleaned, so I'm sure the fans in all the other rooms need to be cleaned, too. (I'll fall backwards if I try to look up without laying down, though, so fans aren't on my list of things for me to clean. Pretty can't reach the ceiling fans without climbing a ladder and she hates doing that.)
I downloaded another 10 ebooks to read since Pretty will go to the hospital tomorrow for her first colonoscopy... The doctor said I have to go with her to bring her home afterwards. At least I won't be bored while waiting. (Do you know the author Robert Rankin? He's an Englishman and I'm enjoying his books. 
)
