When is a neck fan not a neck fan ?

When it doesn't arrive !
The Mister ordered three neck fans some weeks ago. One for me, one for himself and one for my Mom
Money taken from account.
After a few days an email was sent saying he could track the parcel
He clicked and it would not let him track ... .
He left it a few days and had another email saying it's been dispatched from courier to warehouse .....surely that's the wrong way round....
Anyway , still no parcel.
I will ring when I get home next week if they still haven't arrived.
With the recent heatwave we really could have benefitted from those fans....

Good luck! I have a couple of those I bought at Walmart. Just go to their fan aisle and they have the mini-fans at the start of the aisle.

@Traceyjayne When we didn't have air conditioning, they were a life-saver. Now, we just stay in the house where it's 74F/23C all the time.

I hope they haven't gone astray. Maybe the weather will cool down once they arrive. That has happened before I'm sure.
