Not again...why oh why

.so It's 11pm... I'm in bed after scrolling through my notifications on MyLot.
. For a week now, water has stopped running..i hear there is a big fault that hasn't been fixed yet... So we're stuck buying water. ..
And today, about two hours ago, the transformer acted up too...no electricity
and now we're scrambling for alternatives, just to charge devices.
It's frustrating how these kinds of problems are abnormal but also feel normal here. Well, enjoy yourself guys. I need to catch some z's. Tomorrow is another day.

My one broke
It just snapped.
Ironically I think the direct sunlight made it brittle lol

@Wrexxo Really? We pay high bills to use the electricity any time we want so the companies have crews working 24/7 to make sure they don't lose any money from downtime. I always thought that was the same everywhere.
A few years ago we had a tornado that tore up the power lines outside of our city so the electric company and the internet company had crews working overtime to get power and internet back to us as quickly as possible. They're both on the same poles in the country between cities. It still took them a week to get everything repaired. I'm just glad I had real books because I couldn't access my ebooks on my phone until they restored the power and internet. (My daughter used all the power on my rechargeable batteries because she hated being offline and I didn't mind. She HAD to call her boyfriend at all hours.
