Good morning July 26

I saw two bucks in the side yard this morning. It is very unusual to see bucks here..so I kind of feel like I won the lottery. Their racks weren't too impressive though. I am making that sweet tea brined chicken..but I think I put too much water in so it is going to need extra spices. Hopefully it will be tender which is probably the main goal. What's going on in your world?

The morning was cool, so I went out for a long walk. When I came back the neighbors told me to go down that she needed to say me something, but it was an excuse to keep me with them to have BBQ meats.

@snowy22315 - They were very kind even when my husband was still alive. On Friday we go out for a pizza. It's ages that I do not go out to have a pizza.

The chicken was quite good. I would make it again for sure. It got very brown in the oven due to the tea bath. It was very moist as well which was nice.
