What's for dinner? July 26

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I have lost my mojo for cooking full meals over the past couple of months. Tonight though I am craving a cheeseburger. I wish I had access to a grill to make it but I'll settle for making one in my cast iron skillet. Not ideal but it is the best I can do.
To go with I'll have some tater tots (so fancy I know) and roasted baby carrots with thyme. Gotta get some vegetables in my life because I'm a grown up.
What's everyone else having tonight?

I didn't feel good yesterday so I asked Pretty to bring me a small bowl of Vanilla Bean ice cream. It was delicious and I feel fine this morning.

My main meal consisted of tater tots with popcorn chicken pieces with black pepper frozen type and then I topped them with pizza sauce and shredded cheddar and had a good meal. I have some frozen and canned veggies at home but too much bother for full meals, SIGH
