So, I recently ordered an OTC supplement for a common issue. It was kind of expensive, but I was mostly interested in getting the best value among a set of options and one that had good reviews from the verified reviews. I didn't pay any attention to the ingredients, but when I got the bottle I was reading it and it was made of a plant extract and that was basically it. I could have just bought the extract or oil and saved myself at least 5 bucks or more. Live and learn! The irony was if I had seen it in the store I would have read the bottle and probably came to the same conclusion.
