What Can You Eat on Carnivore Diet?

I shared the other day about what a carnivore diet is. I thought it might be too long to share all the foods that you can eat on a carnivore diet though.
By diet I mean way of eating, not necessarily "diet" where you are trying to lose weight.
Foods you can eat on this diet are anything that comes from an animal. That is the basic explanation. It's also just not red meat.
However, what is included is all of this (and more):
Beef -
Ground beef (higher fat the better), steaks (ribeye, sirloin, chuck, cube, etc...), roast, ribs, brisket, etc.
Pork -
Bacon, pork chops, tenderloin, pork belly, ground, sausage
Lamb -
Chops, roast, ground, etc...
Other ruminants -
wild boar, elk, deer/venison, kangaroo, moose, bison, and so on...
Poultry -
Chicken, turkey, etc...
Most cuts, skin on is good too.
higher fat is good, though I prefer chicken breast to the darker meat/higher fat options
Seafood -
Salmon, tuna, haddock, halibut, trout, cod, shrimp, sardines, oysters, crab, lobster, and so on...
Eggs and dairy --
Eggs from any animal that lays them is fine
Dairy - butter, ghee, heavy cream, raw milk, sour cream, and most cheeses (just blocks are better than pre shredded)
Fats and other --
Fats - beef tallow, pork lard, duck fat, cod liver oil, fish oil
Broths - beef and chicken
Seasonings - salt and pepper (some others, depending how strict carnivore you are)
Misc - bone marrow, collagen powder, whey protein or beef protein isolate powder, pork rinds, jerky, etc...
A carnivore doctor I follow, who does carnivore himself, says even hot dogs and bologna are carnivore...just to look out for one with the best ingredients and lowest carbs.
Carnivore is almost a zero carb way of eating.
I know there are probably more foods out there that could be eaten on this diet, but I added all I could think of. If you have a question about a specific food I can answer if it would be or not.
What would be a good meal/day of eating for you on this diet?

@celticeagle Here is what my research says:
No, fiber is not an essential nutrient for humans, and you do not need to consume it on a carnivore diet to maintain optimal health or achieve regular bowel movements.
The carnivore diet excludes all plant-based foods, resulting in a zero-fiber intake, yet many adherents report improved digestive health, reduced bloating, and stable regularity after an initial adaptation period.
Digestive Efficiency: Without fiber, the gut relies on stomach acids and enzymes for digestion, which can lead to more efficient nutrient absorption from animal products.

That's not carnivore and will never be on my diet anyway.
There's no proof really that fiber is necessary.

Just now
Well that is good. Just a steak, once a month? Or enough for the month?

Unfortunately I cannot have dairy, beef or seafood on my kidney disease diet.

Well carnivore heals a lot, but that would make things rough. Having just pork and poultry can work but doesn't sound too fun
