A Custard Slice

@Ineeddentures - I have some milk that needs to be used, I could prepare custard.

These are surprisingly good and do taste like Custard Slices tasted like before So a good much down memory mile.

The custard is set and then cut to size and placed between two bits of yummy pastry and covered in icing. It was really delicious Apple cake and Peach cake , yes please, both of you could spare them Yvonne makes Apple Crumble and Peach Crumble quite a lot Which was have with non set custard Nothing quite like fresh fruit for making cakes and crumbles with

The cup was a gift from a neighbour at Xmas about 7 years ago. Yvonne got one too with Lady of the manor on it The Custard slices are really good.
