Do you like to play hide and seek?

I didn't. When I was a kid, I'd enjoy all sorts of games but not hide and seek.
I always feared getting caught and I hated that.
But sometimes I was forced to because all my cousins and siblings would but my uncle would join us and took me to hide. We never got caught. That was the only time I had fun playing that game.
It's August third, Monday morning here and Mr. Sun is playing hide and seek. One moment it's gone, hiding behind the thick dark clouds, and the next minute it would appear bright and shiny!
This is the kind of weather we are having today.

@toniganzon I honestly have no idea. I remember my son played that a few times, but most of his childhood was spent on online gaming rather than playing outside with friends. Unlike my own childhood, where we were physically present and had fun even without the internet.

@rsa101 when my son was around 2 years old he did play that. But the moment the first generation of Apple iPad was released, he never played any games outside. He was 6 years old that time.

@AmbiePam So true. I hardly see any children playing on the streets anymore. Majority of them stay indoor and play online games instead.

When I was about four my mother would play hide and seek with me for a short time before putting me in bed, I loved that and would not go to bed before a game was played,

With my peers when I was a kid, I played it. Others were cheating yet we were happy for we enjoyed it.

@toniganzon They line up at my back while I'm closing eyes and counting to 10. Then when I'm done, they rush to touch our reference post to play safe.

That was a long, long time ago for me. I think I enjoyed it. Usually, it was the one we played at sunset or soon to be. So we didn't play it long. Had to be inside when it got dark.
Are you going to have a storm there? Did the sun come out?
