Say what? He said I was screaming

So, this morning friend was telling me I was screaming in my sleep?? I wasn't upset when I got home nor did I have any bad dreams or nightmares that I recall. He said you were and made a loft of noise. I told him maybe he dreamed it. He said no, it was real. It's a mystery. I suppose I really shouldn't watch such dramatic content like I Survived before bed, but I enjoy it. I wonder what other odd things I do in my sleep, that I am unaware of?

Usually we wake up when we scream, weird that you are unaware that you were screaming.

I don't know why I would have been screaming. I was happy to be home.

He was sleeping on the couch, probably too lazy to get up. We only share a bed if there is no other choice in the matter. That ship has sailed.

Most likely your brain blocked out the memory of the dream/nightmare that you were having. It as probably too traumatic to remember.

They say night terrors only last a minute or two and you don't remember them in the morning. I guess that is what it was. Weird..I am going to record myself tonight. I have done that before, but usually I just hear myself moving around during my sleep.

In my life I only know of screaming in my sleep once, That was while I was in Latvia and i forgot what made me scream but I do know that my husband slmost fell out of bed from fright, If I have done anything now I would not know it,

You probably were dreaming and just don't remember what but I think you would have woken yourself up if you were actually screaming. All of us probably make a bit of noise when we're sleeping and don't know it.

I think I would have too. It seems a dream that vivid would have woken you up, or you would remember it too.

I can see that happening once in a blue moon. He could have imagined it, sure, but I did that once a very long time ago (according to my sister).

Wow, I had a boyfriend who talked in his sleep, but it was just a few disjointed phrases here and there and wasn't loud (if I hadn't been awake, it probably wouldn't have awakened me).
