Say what? He said I was screaming

So, this morning friend was telling me I was screaming in my sleep?? I wasn't upset when I got home nor did I have any bad dreams or nightmares that I recall. He said you were and made a loft of noise. I told him maybe he dreamed it. He said no, it was real. It's a mystery. I suppose I really shouldn't watch such dramatic content like I Survived before bed, but I enjoy it. I wonder what other odd things I do in my sleep, that I am unaware of?

I don't know why I would have been screaming. I was happy to be home.

You probably were dreaming and just don't remember what but I think you would have woken yourself up if you were actually screaming. All of us probably make a bit of noise when we're sleeping and don't know it.

I think I would have too. It seems a dream that vivid would have woken you up, or you would remember it too.
