Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 75 degrees F and starting to get light here in southern NJ. The high for today is 81. We are expecting some rain this afternoon.
Of course we are expecting rain because we are supposed to go to the beach this afternoon. Ugh. This morning we have a nutrition class and the clinical session. Then after lunch we are supposed to head to the beach. If that gets canceled then I think it is tai chi and an alumni meeting.
No big plans for the afternoon when we are finished. That's fine with me. They will do the usual CVS and Wawa run. I've never seen people who patronize Wawa so much in my entire life.
I do need to call up some place called Scripts USA to follow up on prescriptions that were sent in but never filled. One is a muscle relaxer and the other is for restless leg. I was really hurting one night last week which is saying something for someone with a pain tolerance like mine. It hasn't been that bad since but I would like to have those meds on hand in case I need them again.

good morning. It is 77F this morning in my part of Missouri. Our high today is supposed to reach 94F by this afternoon. We're also supposed to get rain this afternoon and overnight. we shall see.
I really hope your trip to the beach doesn't get cancelled.
Pretty wants me to cook spaghetti and meat sauce for late lunch today. (I had planned to make it a couple of days ago but we were out of spaghetti sauce and I don't make that from scratch.)
I figured out why the pharmacy we switched to sends us our meds the way they do. We used to always run out before Walmart pharmacy would let us pick our meds up. This pharmacy brings our meds to us every 28 days. I've just opened the bag of meds they brought me two months ago and still have the new bag of meds they brought yesterday.

I slept horribly last night due to the pain from the tooth extraction. I’m going to have to tough it out, but I can’t wait until the swelling and pain go away.
