Mike Lindell, the pillow guy, has resigned as CEO of his company so he can focus full-time on his campaign for governor of Minnesota. I find it hilarious that he would make such a move when he has almost ZERO chance of winning.
He beclowned himself after the 2020 "rigged" election (narrator: it was not rigged) holding press conferences, doing conventions where he said he would show definitive proof (and never did), lying about voting machines, claiming that the election would be overturned by the Supreme Court that year, and even issuing a $5 million challenge for anyone who could disprove his "evidence".
Yeah that didn't work out so well for him. A man disproved his supposed evidence of rigged voting machines. He lost a massive lawsuit brought by Smartmatic (voting machine company) and owes them millions and millions of dollars. Stores stopped stocking his products and he had to resort to online direct sales.
So now he has given up control of his flailing company for a gubernatorial bid that is beyond a long shot. I guess we shouldn't be surprised because the man makes nothing but bad decisions.

@Ineeddentures I'm not an expert on Minnesota but the current governor is a Democrat. He was Kamala's running mate.

Mike Lindell is so terribly mentally unstable. He doesn’t seem to have the capability to care for an outhouse, let alone a state, city, etc. I can’t even listen to him talk without wondering why he is taking this insane path even further.
