Fish and chips for tea …..

I found some Birdseye fish covered in a lemon and cracked black pepper batter, two portions per pack…..on offer less than half price.
Well. It would be silly not to try it.
I cooked one portion in the air fryer and made some chips / fries with some Cornish potatoes …cooked those in the air fryer too.
Had a dollop of mayo on the side. Salt and vinegar sprinkled over the top.
Delicious.
I am going back tomorrow to get another box for me and The Mister and a box for my Mom.
Love it when I find a bargain.

@traceyjayne Dinner here was a darne of salmon in a chilli dressing along with roasted vegetables and couscous. Pictured are the veggies before roasting.
