Hey everyone, how are you doing? Hopefully well.
I know, I need to get back to my photo series, but life has been busy with cooking these past few days.
My weight has gone down some more, but I will do a weigh in on Friday, won't be a full week...but next Fridays will.
So, what did I eat?
Meal 1 - 3 oz pork tenderloin and 3 scrambled eggs with a serving of cheese
Meal 2 - 2 uncured beef franks cooked in a little butter and 2 oz of cheese
Meal 3 - Protein shake
Macros - 1,120 calories, 6 carbs, 80 fat, 94 protein
I think the macros are not too bad for the day. I will probably stick to my fried eggs though, still not a fan of scrambled. Getting something so I can try to make poached eggs soon.
I tried a protein shake again even though I thought it spiked me yesterday; today it only went up to 120 as the peak from the lower 100s. I just knew I need a bit more calories and protein but didn't want to eat anything. This is exactly why I wanted the protein drinks at the beginning.
So yeah, that is my day of eating. What do you think?

I see you are on day 3 already. I’ve not been around, so missed your start. I’ve had a look back and see you are following a carnivore diet. I see a lot of Americans extolling the virtues of it, so I hope it works for you.
When I want to lose weight I just do the 5:2 intermittent fasting diet, which works for me. Then I don’t have to miss out on the other essential foods and treats on the non-fast days.
Good luck!

No worries, I didn't know if these posts would even interest anyone lol..
So far it is doing good, even though some foods I am already sick of lol.
5:2? So you fast the 5, or the 2? But if that works for you then that is great.

@MommyOfEli2013 Why would it not interest anyone? You’re taking us on a journey.
It’s not good having a diet you don’t like as you will be tempted to give in. With my 5:2 diet, you eat normal healthy meals for five days a week, and for two non-consecutive days, you restrict your calorie intake to something like 600 to 800 calories. It’s even better if you can miss out breakfast on those two days, so more body fat is lost. According to the late Dr Michael Mosley, it can even reverse type 2 diabetes. I don’t follow this diet all the time, just when I want to shed a few pounds.

It's only day 4, but that is a start. Just don't know what to eat the rest of the day.
Least tomorrow I get some carbs. Fish truck is coming to town. But on those days, I am going to only have 1 meal as to not go extremely overboard. And still, it won't be often.

Going okay, though I should not have had scrambled eggs yesterday cause now the thought of an egg sickens me lol.

@wolfgirl569 well it's all I've wanted for years. I'm going to stick to my plans, just on hard days I'll probably be eating deli meat and drinking protein shakes lol
