What Makes You Sleepy at Work?

I mostly work across departments from logistics, purchasing, sales, accounting, taxation, legal and more departments within the company.
All those work I've done from them there is certain works that made me really sleepy.
Contracts, it really makes me feel dizzy all the time that I had to keep moving in my chair, try to stretch and turning, bending my neck.
And when I can't really help it to stay awake, I sleep on it. Lol! took a nap in sec.
I used the contract as pillows. 
no worries the contract wasn't crumpled.
Ahhh! Paperworks I have to finished that I honestly interchange the amount in quota and the amount of support.

My officemate are craving cheese stick that they wrapped the cheese in a lumpia wrapper not its usual size.

Work makes me sleepy at work. My work mostly involves speaking to people on the phone, which I don't like anyway. While cases can vary in their content and no two-days are the same, it can be tiresome at times.

@Jehanne Luckily, we don't have many bad tempered customers, and we are trained to deal with them. Our main problems are people who can't hear properly, people being given our number for everything whether it's appropriate or not, and some people who ramble but don't actually tell you what they want!

@pumpkinjam right! the client who ramble. when you just pick up the phone and not yet said anything but then the other line you already heard someone blah blah blah

Nothing anymore because I’m retired. However, anything made me tired because I am not a morning person. I had a sticker on my computer that says, “I don’t like morning people. Or mornings. Or people.”

Looking at a computer screen a lot does make me sleepy which results in my having to leave my room to walk around the house to stretch my legs.

I think that type of work would make me very sleepy too. At least those contracts are a good pillow for you
