The price for 2 prescriptions has me laughing

The NP here prescribed me 2 meds that the nurses at the first place gave me for extreme burning, stinging, and muscle twitching in my feet and legs. They are both generics. Normally I have to pay $5 for each generic script but if they cost less than that then I pay the lower price.
The tech took a bunch of people to CVS and Wawa. She took my debit card and said she'd pick up the scripts. Fine with me! When she got back she gave me the receipt to review. The cost of the 2 prescriptions combined was $1.62. 
I find that hilarious.
Granted they are generic versions but I can't believe they are so cheap. I can't imagine what the name brand versions would cost without insurance. I am lucky to have an excellent medical plan. They tell me that here all the time.

Aye that's what I thought
I'm not so bad as I was but it's still a nothing
I usually smoke a joint and that settles it down
But the calf muscles, sometimes it's agony

Yeah, I love that $2.08 price tag on the only medication I get from a civilian pharmacy (Prozac…I can’t take the generic brand that the VA carries so I have to have a specific generic brand).

Good if they are so cheap but bad if someone made a great big mistake. Could it be $162 ???

I think here a prescription ….per item…..is almost £10. I am 60 now so get prescriptions for free ….yipee !

That's just insane. Son has two co-pays...they are nowhere near that low and I have to say yes, you must have fantastic insurance!
