George talked about hitting the gym and pool today so that'll be fun. I need to get stuff out of the back of the van so I can get my chair out. Even though I could walk, I don't because of personal safety. I keep my chair handy for those moments where I need my own personal seat. That's one of the best things about being a wheelchair user, you have your own personal chair for when you need it.

I totally agree with you. I hope you got to the gym and had a good time. This is be one of my least restful nights, as tomorrow I order my groceries and it but excalates my anxiety until all is ordered and fine,

Well, you have the option of taking public tansit and shopping in-person. Imagine how stressful that would be.

What makes you feel safe is what is important I think. I use a wheelchair when I am out and about for the same reason. I use my cane in the house.

Yeah, I use my wheelchair in public. Even if I can walk the distance. The only place I don't, is 7-Eleven. But, when I go to there I always find the ramps.

The pool sounds wonderful to me and I would love to take a swim today. it's so hot and humid here

Yeah it cooled down a little today and I was able to get in the pool without having to adjust to it.
