Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 90 degrees F and sunny here in southern NJ. I want to go lay out in the sunshine because I feel like my tan is facing but there's no pool or ocean here to cool off in. Oh well. I'll have to make up for it when I get back to the apartment. This morning was annoying. We had a community meeting where they go over the rules. They do it every Monday and Friday. We're good. We know the rules. Like go over them with the new people during their intake. I had blood drawn. The NP needs those results in order to determine if I can get the Vivitrol shot. I am pretty sure that they won't have improved enough by now but I can always hope. I left the clinical group early. I will write more about that in another post. We had lunch and then there were 2 holistic sessions. I did double breathwork and skipped the aromatherapy. I actively participated in the first hour. For the second hour I just laid on the mat, listened to the music, and kind of dozed in and out. The facilitator always says that falling asleep is a compliment because it means that you feel comfortable and safe. Now I'm back at the women's house. I put on my belly PJs. It is COLD in here so I am wrapped up in a blanket. The short sleeves aren't ideal for an air conditioned space. They will be great though when I get back to reality and have the windows open. No big plans for the evening of course. I will be chilling here (in the room and online) and will be in bed early after waking up so early this morning. I can't go anywhere anyway. Fine with me. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?
