Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 73 degrees F and sunny here in southern NJ. The high for today is 89.
I had a whole post written and it vanished into the ether. 
So I will just say that it is Monday and we're back at it here at the day spa. I know one of the holistics is music (probably drum circle) and I can't remember the other one. I'm hoping breathwork/meditation.
I made dinner last night so I won't have to deal with that tonight. They send meals over for dinners but I had ground beef thawed in the fridge that I needed to use so I made meatloaf. We shall see what they send over later.
No big plans for the afternoon. I might spend some time in the hammock. It is such a peaceful place. We shall see.
