I am in the process of doing our Housing recertification as we have to do each year. I called the insurance company that I have my pension through to have proof faxed to Housing. The representative got my info, went off the line to fax it. Done. Then I simply asked her if she would be sending me a copy of the proof in the mail as they usually do. She said no, she had faxed it. So, I very carefully explained it back to her and that they do this every year. She said no. So I asked her if she could. She still questioned me. I went through it all again step by step. Finally, she said yes she would. She again went off the line to do this. Gheez! What a hassle. They used to just do it automatically. Now days they seem to do as little as possible and expect to get paid as much as possible for it.
