You know the news has nothing to say...when the biggest topic is homework

Now I guess everybody has heard of a slow news day, but today for the second day in a row they were discussing homework, and running a story from yesterday. Really?? That is the biggest topic going? You could almost see the news director saying.. We got nothin, OK lets go with the homework story again. Even the weather had nothing..so they were discussing some tropical storm way out in the Atlantic that is not going to affect anyone. Yep, I would say it was a slow news day.

That’s a pretty good thing that that made the news, I guess. Boring stories must be a good thing.

Insulting Trump is always fair game, but besides that I read that our Governor was booed down state for various things. She really is a nice person. I met her personally when she was running for Congress..and she took a beautiful picture with an elderly lady in the group. She only went into politics because her kids wanted to move back to the states, she had been working for the CIA and would have preferred to stay with that. She helped many people when she was in Congress, and it was because of her we got broadband internet here in the rural areas. She needs to start doing town halls and explain herself better..the Republicans hate her.

They probably fund it frustrating. Luke George said though they could have run something national or international although that is not their norm.

I would think that an earthquake in Colombia would be considered news worthy.

Boring topic. Homework is boring enough to do every day, I surely do not want to watch on TV.

I am always grateful when they have boring stories/ Although, sometimes it means, things go unreported.
