Strangers rescue a woman who was bitten by a gator in a river in Florida

Strangers who were in the right place at the right time on Saturday afternoon when a woman was bitten by a gator while she was swimming on the Silver River near Ray Wayside Park in Florida. Stranger who were in the area heard her cries for help as they managed to get out of the river after the gator bit her on the arm even though which arm did the gator bite was not released or the gender or number of strangers that came to rescue her. Employees with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and a Nuisance Alligator Trapper searched for the gator and they removed the animal from the area. The woman was taken by an ambulance to a local hospital where her condition was not released to the public. The Silver River was closed for a period of three hours from 1pm to 4pm as a safety measure. It appears that the gators are very protective when a stranger enters their area.
