Waaah! No swimming for The Horse today.

It's cloudy and cool here today. I am in my shorts and flip fops, as usual, but the high is only going to be about 71 F this afternoon. Maybe I'll try a shorts cycle and see if my knees are up to it... I also my go to Berkeley to pick up a book someone ordered for me. I'f I go to Berkeley, I'll probably visit Everett and Jones, my favorite BBQ place. How is the weather where you live? Any plans for today?

It's 103F in my part of Missouri at 1:41 pm. I'm in the house and planning on staying inside. I went to the dentist yesterday when it was "only" 99F and was very thankful the air conditioner in the car was workng well. That was enough adventuring for me for this week. I'd loan you some of the heat from here but you have to come and get it.

We had sunshine early morning on Friday and then some Afternoon raibs. Ovrrall pleasant but slightly humid. We might see some more rains, which could bridge the overall seasonal deficit.

Hot enough to make someone go bananas, Hank my PC keep warning about heat advisory till 8 PM and personally if I have the chance this winter I sould go to somethwere with snow and lay right down in it,
