I'm back!

I left Enlightened at about 6:45am. I was back here in just over half an hour. There was no traffic heading north on the Parkway. I actually woke up at like 3:15am and didn't even bother trying to go back to sleep. I got my phone and laptop from the tech. She was confused until I told her that I was leaving early in the morning. She then happily gave them to me.
I got back to the apartment and found my plants bone dry and the pee pad next to the litter box completely saturated. I will write about Adso in the next post. Needless to say I'm not super-thrilled with my neighbor.
I have laundry going. Next up is clearing out the refrigerator and making a grocery order. I will do as much as I can but at 11am I will be at the pool!

I am glad that you are back home again, but if you ever need anyone to look in on your cat crew or tend to your plants, ask your mother or your sister. I am sure you'd rather send some money along to either of them, especially if the kids 'help' out, it would be a nice incentive to learn to look after family.

Going to lunch then anywhere else with plenty of air conditioning, or just coming home (thankfully my A/C is fine).

I'm glad you are safely home again.
Please, please wipe that neighbor off your list of ''friends'' in any way you can. You don't need someone like that in your life and around your kitties you love so much.
