sorry, i don't know the difference well between these 2 but i practised a bit of tai chi in the past, when there were not a lot of videos out there. well, these days, i see a lot of them and that makes me thrilled. both tai chi and now this qigong, which feels similar to tai chi. well, i tried picking out not so long videos, till 15 minutes and those i picked out were okay for me. this is my week 2. i notice that in a first week, my shoulders and neck felt numb cause i didn't exercise that part enough, i think or i went too hard. all in all, i'm switching yoga with tai chi and qigong for some time. they are mentioning it's good for seniors too and entering 40 soon, i'm senior as well

I know about Tai Chai but it's the first time I am hearing about qigong. I have to find about that. It's been long since I have been wishing to include some Tai chi along with my yoga. I have seen a lots of Tai chi videos for beginners.

I see a lot of elderly doing tai chi. It's a simple exercise that they could easily follow and not too strenuous too. That's why it's popular among the older group.
