The weather is just changing

It's 3:17 p.m here and I'm keeping it simple today. Lunch is beans and potatoes. Nothing dramatic to report.
I was supposed to visit my stepdad at the hospital, but something came up. I'll be there tomorrow.
The weather's doing that usual flip. Cloudy this morning, then partly sunny, now clear. We just take it as it comes. Come join me for lunch.

'Tators and beans sound fine for lunch but I just ate a blueberry bagel from the store this morning. I could bring you one if you want?

@Wrexxo We actually need a heavy rain now. We've gone weeks without seein any rain at all. All the grass in our yard is brown now.

Weather is just too unpredictable these days.
Yesterday I thought it was really gonna rain all day. But well, we had heavy rainfall indeed but intermittent and late in the afternoon, it was extremely hot. Crazy!

Would like to try beans and potatoes. Is it one of your local recipes? We've had more than a week of heavy rains here. Sun's peeping right now, but we expect more days of rain as it's the monsoon season.
