Hello everyone, good morning I guess I should say even though I am about to go get some sleep.
Thought I would share the last 2 days of eating since I have been trying to keep up with that.
Tuesday --
Meal 1 - 4 slices of bacon, 1 slice of cheese, butter
Meal 2 - Burger patty from Wendy's
Meal 3 - Protein drink & some butter to get in some extra fat
Macros - 1,182 calories, 6 carbs, 102 fat, 63 protein.
Needed a bit more protein, otherwise good macros.
Wednesday --
Meal 1 - Top round london broil - 4 oz, cooked in butter
Meal 2 - same ^
Meal 3 - about 4 oz salmon with butter
Macros - 1,001 calories, 3 carbs, 76 fat, 73 protein
- Carbs were from an energy drink I had. Not carnivore, but wanted a low carb, low cal drink.
Even with steak the calories were pretty low, but that cut of steak is pretty lean. Hoping to find more though because it was delicious.
What do you think of the two days? One more day of eating before I weigh in on Friday. Hoping for a good number on the scale.

Already onto day 17. Wow! Aren’t you doing well?
I’m thinking of having bacon and eggs for my dinner today. Bacon isn’t recommended for a healthy diet as it is classed as “processed food”, but it sure is tasty. Probably because of the salt.
But I do have it occasionally, especially if I’ve got eggs to use up, and I do.
Never heard of london broil. I guess it’s nothing to do with the UK capital city as you’ve written it with a small l.
Another new avatar too. Is that a recent one? Nice, but not as sexy as the last one, but it might grow on me.

It's been a struggle, that is for sure. Trying to find the meats I actually like and can eat daily.
Well processed bacon is better than eating a meal full of carbs lol. Hope you'll enjoy the bacon.
The london broil I think is just the way of cooking it, but no probably nothing to do with the place. It was delicious though.
Yes, this photo is like 20 years old or more lol. I will probably get bored and change it soon though haha

@MommyOfEli2013 You don’t like meat? That must be a difficult diet to stick to then. I eat what I like, just in controlled portion sizes. Eating too much, especially as you get older is really bad for your health. Chocolate is about the only thing I often indulge too much in, but the price of it now is helping curb my appetite for it.
I don’t know about your broil, but I do get embroiled at times.
If I had to describe your photo, I think I would call it a sultry look. The other one was sexy, but this is definitely sultry. In my head, you are on all fours crawling towards the camera, with a certain thought in your head.

I know I'm not, but I'm just not hungry on this diet. The rule is to only eat when you're truly hungry and stop when you're full

@Ineeddentures Well I am lucky if I can eat 4 oz of something; unless it is salmon or the steak I had the other day lol.
Tonights steak wasn't as good. It probably needed to marinate too but we were too hungry to wait at least 4 hours for it to do so. If I get that again I will try to cook it like the other steak.
