11 days until the ber months! Today is going to feel Septemberish with a high of only about 80 degrees! I'll take it! In today's random bits of trivia, it looks like some of the squirrels have started to return since the Killing Fields..Nico was staring at one this morning. I saw one far in the back one day also..but not right near the deck. It was back about 25 feet in the woods.in a clearing.near where the bird feeder and old satellite dishes are placed. There are also one or two in the front. I have seen them playing, and chomping on acorns. I am thinking of moving some of the acorns to the back to encourage the squirrels to come out back there.
I also just had a bowl of raisin bran well it actually had blueberries in it, and they all sank to the bottom apparently none in my cereal..other things going on but I don't want to talk about them. Well actually, one good thing I got my inflatable pillow, eye mask and ear plugs for the trip. They will probably come in handy coming back on Amtrak. Maybe it will help me get more than a few winks of sleep. What's new in your world?

@snowy22315 - Yes, the car is sold, the money is credited on my bank account. The guy who bought my car comes on Monday to get it because he still had to transfer his insurance to this car.

Had an unexpected thunder storm. It's still lightly raining but still hearing some thunder out there. Will be staying home and indoors.
I just had a cup of cereal for late lunch here. Hubby just used the last small bowl and I didn't want to get a large bowl out so a nice size mug it is!

Today is sunny and bright. The lawn crew is busy trimming trees so it's pretty noisy here this morning. Guess they're getting a head start before Sept arrives.
I love Kelloggs Raisin Bran Crunch but have never had Raisin Bran with blueberries.

Raisin bran usually seems to have a lot of sugar so I haven't eaten it in a long time, but Dollar General had some funky flavors of it, and they were on sale so I bought.
