I’m really ready for dessert ….. we don’t have any ! …..

We have just had tea …gammon etc that I posted about earlier ….it was very yummy …
Now I am ready for dessert.
We don’t have any….i asked The Mister to get cheesecake last night….he did not !
So now I’m ready for dessert and we don’t have any…..
I’m feeling slightly miffed as I chose to ask for cheesecake as it’s one of the few desserts he likes ….

@kareng ….it good to have so much choice. The Mister will only eat ice cream, cheesecake or profiteroles.

@Traceyjayne Mine is not supposed to have a lot of sugar since he has diabetes, so we don't keep a lot of sweets in the house usually.

@Traceyjayne If he doesn’t like desserts, just open a tin for yourself. Why deprive yourself of a simple pleasure? Life’s too short.

It doesn’t feel right having something when he doesn’t ….but you are right …life is too short !
