Good afternoon / myLot

It's 3:58pm ..today, I'm at the hospital with my stepdad. He's still not able to swallow, but he managed a few spoonfuls, which feels like progress. I'm hopeful for his recovery. Meanwhile, the weather here is cloudy, about 30 degrees, with a light drizzle earlier. Just trying to stay steady, and keep hoping.

Good evening. I'm glad your stepdad is still progressing. It is 12:34 pm in my part of the US and 28C right now. Our high today is supposed to reach 31C. It's cloudy and the forecast is saying we have an 80% chance of rain/thunderstorms this afternoon/tonight. Some rain would be nice.

@Wrexxo Thank you. I have been working in the kitchen this afternoon. I broke down a 5 lbs pack of ground beef and a 2 lbs pack of ground pork into 1 lbs Ziploc bags and put them into the freezer. I also cooked 1 pack of ground beef/pork and when that was done, I cooked 2 packages of cheese flavored pasta on top of the meat. I'm waiting for it to cool now so I can eat a bowl for my late luch. I hope you had something delicious for your supper before you went to bed.
