Meat is a good source, but you don't want to overdo it. It can cause weight gain and lead to high cholesterol, high blood pressure and other health issues. Vegetables can give you all you need, just eat plenty of them. Here's a list:
Soybeans 22 grams per cup
Lentils 9 grams
Potatoes 8 grams
Broccoli 3 grams
Corn 4 grams
Brussels Sprouts 2 grams
Sugar Snap Peas 5 grams

Sadly it's not for me though, except good to know potatoes have a bit. I don't try to consume soy, tho the beans have a good amount
