My friend at my workplace just gave me some boiled nut. It is one of real food that i like. Delicious and healthy because does not contain high cholesterol or sugar. I ate them all in less than 5 minutes. Thank you ma friend

I haven't eaten boiled nuts for a long time, I just prefer nuts cooked with soil.

I like boiled nuts too. They are one of those snacks that are simple but really satisfying. Much better than reaching for biscuits or something sugary during the day.

Yes you very true. No sugar at all but sometimes people add salt
