8 days until the ber months. I just remembered today is my son's birthday. I mean of course I know it is today, but I have been thinking of other things. I have a card in the mail. His bday gift is his airplane ticket when we fly to the wedding. That was pretty generous of me, but I had the air miles. Besides, I haven't given him too much in the past couple of years. It would be nice to see him, but not a possibility. I will be seeing him in a few weeks. Anyway, trying to psych myself up to take Nico to the vet. That's always fun. not!

He doesn't pee enough. He did this afternoon though quite a bit, so vet is postponed at this point, maybe indefinitely. There is an online one though I have to contact to re up his prescription food though.

@Ineeddentures Dogs and cats that have health issues eat prescription food over here. It ain't cheap. Even though it is safer for pets to be indoors..it can cause issues. Boy cats in particular are subject to urinary issues. I will never have another boy cat again.

I decided not to go. I was concerned about his peeing, but he did so this morning..so good there. Anything to keep from going to the vet. It is horrible he has to be sedated. He doesn/t like anyone touching him unless it is his idea.

I have to take two of our beagels to the vet tomororw. The one I took to have her check up and surgery to get fixed wasn’t the least bit nervous so taking her back I’m not worried about either. Hopefully her sister does just as well at her check up.
That really is a generous gift! Airplane tickets are quite costly. I am sure he is very thankful to have gotten that gift.

Actually, it didn't really cost anything. I bought it with air miles. However, I initially had to spend money to get them.

It probably won't be today, having trouble getting an appointment. Vets seem to get so busy, I suppose everybody from the weekend wants to make an appointment.

Nico is horrible at the vet and has to be sedated. That is another reason it is awful.
