Will this bitter gourd seeds grow? / myLot

Hello again Lotters , and friends . I'm so excited because I have something on my mind. I went to the market the other day to buy essentials again that qe need , Mom asked me to buy bitter gourd and to cook it when I get home. I bought one big bitter gourd. When I got home, I washed all the vegetables I bought including the bitter gourd and prepared to cook it. I cut it in circles , removing its seed in the middle. I'm thinking of planting the seeds in our backyard. Will it grow again? It rained the whole month so plants and flowers are hydrated. First off, I dried the seeds then the next day I will plant them. So , will it grow that way? I'll water it too dont worry. So , what do Lotters are thinking? Will it grow and bear another bitter gourd?

It can grow but you have to dry them first

I am going to do the same actually. I want to grow a veggie garden, one of the vegetables I think of planting is bitter gourd as it is one of my favorite now

I don’t know much about gardening, or bitter gourd itself, but I’m always glad to read people talk about growing their own food. My stepmom does a little of that, but she mostly grows flowers and plants. I wish I could grow my own fruits and vegetables, but I don’t have the space or knowledge.

I think it can grow. Just plant the seeds, give them some water and sunlight, and see what happens. With all the rain we've been having, you might just be lucky enough to get your own bitter gourd growing in the backyard.
