Loud noise in my building and forgetting about my notifications:(

A flat on the third floor has some construction works since last Thursday but what makes me angrier, there is not a single notice in the hall for us, the residents or maybe on the door of this flat. I don't see our representative often but for many things, he isn't bothered so not sure what his answer wil be, if i see him and maybe ask him.
Also, when i had some short kitchen works, i put a notice and if i ever will have it again, any work, not sure if to put it if i'm the only one who is doing that. Doing right things alone and in minority brings out the misery, i feel.
And, yes, really sorry but my notifications are in half so if i didn't answer you, it's cause they are gone. I wish notifications last longer than a week but that's the rule.
Also, September is on its way. I can't belive it , and you?

@valherma00 I am opposite. I slow down with cold temperatures and cold weather! I'm NOT ready for it either.
I hope you don't hear any more loud and strange noises late at night again too!

@kareng they finally put the notice, after almsot 2 weeks but i still hear the noise and it is said that after 6p.m., they won't work. and now it's 7:9 p.m. or this is it. i had some work last year but my workers worked until 4 p.m. and they didn't work on weekends, like these ones. i feel really tense due to their banging and drilling, like they are doing it on my head. thank you

just when i sent a complain through an app (which i didn't know we have it here), i saw the owner in a hall and she said she was sorry and that work is almost done but she didn't specify is it this week or the next; i asked her and didn't get the answer and, therefore, i withdrew my complain but with heavy heart. you are right, loud noise must be a notification.
i also mentioned i heard a noise around 9p.m. but she said that wasn't her workers, that they usually leave after 4 p.m. in the end, i said to her this is some weird building and, it is. yes, time is flying and it's scaring me. i never liked summer but summer humbled me this year and made me lazy so going back to colder temperatures and fast tempo, not sure if i'm ready for it

i was debating today and i found there is an app and i reported it but just when i walked out the apartment, i saw the owner and she said the work is almost done. only tiles are left. and she said she was sorry so i cancelled my complain but her answer is relative; i asked will it be this week over and she didn't specify. ah. thank you for this good advice. i don't usually like calling police but in the future, i think i would.

@nawala123 i had a bad communication with 2 neighbours and maybe cause i moved last or almost last in this building, i fear that people will know it's me if i report them. the two neighbours to whom i left notes to keep it down were very violent with words and one tried to enter my flat and i wondered how did they know it was me who left them the note;actually, i should have reported them to police but i thought they would be ashamed for making the noise but no. and when i look now, maybe i should have reported that older neighbour that tried enter my flat when i opened the doors to him. i'm not greeting him also anymore. i hope i won't live here until i get old.

September is one of the best month its the start of celebrating the most anticipated birthday of Christ.
Sorry about what happened, I can't imagine how frustrating to hear the noises.

you are right. i thought december wasn't that near but it is. the work is this week only but i heard nosie on last saturday, thunking they don't work on weekends and the official notice came that they work from 8 to 6p.m. but i heard noise after 6.30 p.m. too. due to that, i feel more tired than usual, having a headache. i mean, i also had some kitchen work but my workers didn't work after 4p.m. and not on weekends. i considered to report them to police, i even installed an app but i had some bad communication with neighbours next to me and right under me so i am afraid someone else will know it's me who reported, even though this is a third floor and not not 5th, where i am or the 4th. thank you.

they put it, after a week but i feel they are not following it. it is said it's this week, until wednesday but there will be also some light work till the end of the week. how vague. they are working from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. bbut i heard noise recently, and it's 7:07 p.m. i had some bad communication with 2 neighbours, both men and if i report this flat, where these 2 don't live, i feel someone will know it's still me. the building is old, building representative is at sea, noone cares but i hoped for some peace only. i want to live in a tiny house.this, i am not sure if i can live here until i grow old and since i live alone, i think this is it

@rakski it is. i live here for 7 years but management is horrible, some neighbours are and i'm a single woman so, yes, i don't want them to pick on me. i think they might be. i went to store today and some materials are still in front of the doors but i heard the voice of an owner so maybe it's over or almost over.
