Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 70 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 82 with a possible thunderstorm this afternoon. We haven't had a good storm in awhile. It is Thursday and I can't say that I've done much of anything this week. I've spent a lot of time in bed just napping and resting. I haven't felt great but I also haven't felt totally terrible. It could be worse. I've got some bruising on my hands and arms so I know my platelets are low again. I've got to make more of an effort to keep up with the supplements and improved nutrition. No big plans for the day or weekend for that matter. I'd like to get over to the pool. I heard it was cold but it will be closed next weekend until next year. I was killing it with my tan earlier this summer but that has faded somewhat. What's everyone else up to today?
