Omg look at this
Wow this is astounding
So we out this cucumber plant in the garden on a table and gave it some water
Left it alone
And would you believe it
It's got a bigger cucumber on it than the one we have grown in the house
Any ideas why this has happened
I didn't think it was warm enough here for these to grow outside
The plant itself in the house is on much better condition

Well that's the strange thing
The plant itself is not looking very good compared to the one on the house

@Ineeddentures Cucumbers here mostly run along the ground. The stem would be battling to support the plant vertically.

Our fake daughter thinks it might be normal enough but I think it's not like the ones you get in a store

Pure luck
We put the plant outside as it's leaves were showing signs of infection in the house
And it's produced a cucumber that is actually growing
Totally beats me as to why the one in the house looks better but the cucumbers are not growing as well
