Breaded fish fillet, mashed potatoes, air fried pork belly (not in the photo) and rice. I also made some gravy. It's been long that I haven't cooked fish fillet. My daughter's happy, it's one of her favorite. I will cook more tomorrow for her to bring to her dorm.
