We went to Glastonbury today

I guess a lot of folk will have heard of the Glastonbury festival which is a music event which has been held every year ...now every other year ...In Glastonbury in Somerset.
It's only about 30 minutes from where our caravan is.
A couple of years ago we ....The Mister and I ...did the walk up the Tor . You do need to be fit but it is well worth the hike up the steep, high hill.....the views are absolutely amazing
We also had a walk around the remains of the Abbey.
Anyway, we had a day there today ... The town is full of magical and mystical shops, candles, witches, wizards etc ....

@traceyjayne Surely you must have burst into song. How couldn’t you? I’ve been wandering around Pisa humming arias from Pucini’s operas - he was born in Tuscany.

Oh, I am afraid of heights. Even if I was fit enough to do that climb I'm afraid someone would have to carry me down after I faint from the height. Picturesque though I bet.

It certainly was picturesque. I'm glad I did it as I don't think I would have the stamina now !
