As some of you know I occasionally have days where I can't eat or drink anything. It is just part of my recent health challenges. Well maybe "recent" might be an exaggeration b/c this BS has been going on for several years.
Most of the time I'm well-hydrated. I always have a big bottle of cold water at work. I talk for like 7 hours a day so I need the liquid. Sometimes I add Liquid IV or Crystal Light or even tea just to switch things up and give it some flavor. I definitely feel it when I can't keep stuff down though--I get leg and foot cramps and my fingers start to lock up.
I've been good with the hydration recently but was still getting cramps. I decided to order an electrolyte supplement from Amazon. It was pretty cheap and isn't any kind of brand name I know. It contains 7 vitamins/minerals: vitamin C, B6, B12, calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. It has a fruit punch flavor and you use just a small scoop per glass of water.
I have been happy with the results. Maybe it is psychosomatic but I haven't had cramps in days. It is also nice to have some flavor added to my water. I will bring the jar to work with me as I drink a lot of water each day. I won't be adding it to each bottle of water but I probably will at least once per day.

It's good that it's helping. Who cares if it''s psychosomatic as long as it helps.
