Goodnight everyone

It's 11:19 PM. I'm finally home ...had dinner .. it really hit the spot.. temperature is 25°C..I'm feeling cold though , and something happened today that reminded me of an important lesson. I saw someone who once called me a close friend. I helped her when she needed money, but she never paid it back. Now, whenever she sees me, she acts like I don't exist. For a while, I wanted answers, but I've realized that protecting my peace is more important than chasing people who have already shown me who they are. Some debts are never repaid, but the lesson they leave behind is priceless...I guess we learn everyday.. Goodnight

If you told her it was a loan at the time, then she's embarrassed she hasn't paid you back. That's why I am careful to tell people I give money to that it's a gift, so they aren't embarrassed to talk to me when we see each other later on. I'm sorry you lost a friend.

I believe you reap what you sow, and she will find herself in a negative situation because of it.

That's too bad that your good nature was taken advantage of.

Protection of your peace is the right thing to do.

That is not a friend. Money can be earned back. You don't need a friend like that at all.

We do indeed learn every day This lady who never paid the money back probably isn't worth bothering about , She sure doesn't sound worthy of your friendship
