Mince and onion for tea ....with roast potatoes.

This is one of my most favourite meals. Simply boil up some mince beef ( ground beef ) with sliced onions and let it simmer. Add gravy granules for flavour and to thicken. I'm serving it with roast potatoes as I'm doing them in the ninja but it's lovely with mashed potatoes too Oh, just remembered ....with a roasted home grown courgette too. What are you having to eat today ?

My favourite accompaniment to mince is dumplings. Not soft ones, but the ones that go crispy on the outside. Delicious. Usually with carrots and peas. Nothing better as a hearty meal on a cold winters day. It’s a bit too early for me to be having it though. Still summer in my eyes!
