It’s 95F degrees with a “ feels like” temperature of over 100.
It’s unpleasant out there. It makes it hard to breathe and I don’t know if this is accurate medically or not, but it seems like it causes inflammation.
It’s a “ber “ month. It needs to be cooler.
My plan is to stay inside as much as possible

@looeyville Tuscany is hovering around 85 degrees. Over 100 last week. Even so my wife has just filled her hot water bottle - apparently I’m not hot enough in bed.

Right with you. I take that nice air conditioned car to the air conditioned restaurant, then to the air conditioned gym, then to the air conditioned grocery, then back to the air conditioned house.
It is hard to breathe. I’ve had to double up on my asthma meds.

I am ready to be done with the heat, but evidently it is not done with us. I do not know if it causes inflammation, but I think it could.

I do not blame you since the heat outside is unbearable.

My phone blared several times earlier today to inform me we were under an extreme heat warning. Umm..I think I had figured that out. This heat is miserable and deadly. Stay inside and drink lots of water!

Just now
I pretty much understand you, am thinking of buying those small mini rechargeable hand fans for myself soon.
