That it is very hot outside. You can see he is stretched out as much as he can. He is trying to stay in the shade too.
The humidity is extremely high today and the breeze feels like you opened an oven door. Hubby did get his mowing finished before it got extremely hot. I have not even attempted to do any mowing.
I got a few stocking stuffers at Family Dollar today. All of the dollar tree stuff was on clearance at fifty cents each. The grocery shopping went well.
I am not in a hurry to put any of the birds away as I know the buildings are hot inside.

Poor hot rooster. I didn't think today was too bad here..but we don't get as hot as some places here. There iss ton of greenery in the back that keeps the sun from penetrating for one thing

I am doing the best I can to enjoy my day working at home assisting my relatives to clean out the cat litter boxes and trash into the trash cans outside where is the is 86 degrees F and mostly cloudy.

Poor rooster. Even birds do not like the heat. It rained here all day.

It was over 100F here today. I stepped outside long enough to bring in the mail and came right back inside.
I saw a faux-leather Native American jacket Pretty might like online today for $60. I may try to get her opinion on it in the next few days. If she likes it, I'll buy it for a second Christmas present for her.
