This is another snack that can be dessert as well.
It is a soft, no-bake short bread that has a milky, crumbly texture and sweet flavor makes it such a simple but satisfying treat. It is made up of toasted flour, powder milk, sugar and melted butter.
It is a Filipino treat but when I searched on it, it was introduced here during the Spanish colonial era.

If you have too much of it and need to give some away, you can bring some with you when you come to visit.
