Swimming offers numerous important benefits for physical and mental health because it engages the muscles of the entire body. I like swimming but the recent low temps makes me to avoid the pool. Swimming can help slim down the body because it is a form of cardio exercise that effectively burns calories and engages all the body's muscles. can you swim/

I can’t swim. I’ll get in a pool, but I can’t go too far into the deep end or someone would have to rescue me!

I cannot swim; although I have tried learning, I still haven't managed to do it.

Just now
I can swim and I love swimming but I prefer the sea than the pool. There's so much to enjoy when swimming in the was, particularly swimming with the fish.

I can’t swim at all. I’ve always wanted to learn, but somehow I never got around to it. I can imagine swimming is a great workout though!
