If you haven't heard about the "activity, it means that someone called the cops on you during that day/night reporting that you are in danger and need a response from them And they don't just meekly show up. They were knocking loudly at the door and the on the door at like 9pm. I literally had been asleep in bed. I looked like a cockatoo so that was pretty obvious. I wouldn't let them come in. The next day same thing happened when they cops said they had received u 3 calls about me screaming, saying someone was trying to kill me, etc. I was furios. The young guy asked if he could come in to make sure that there was no one else here. I was fine ONE of you can come in to see that I'm not being murdered Every now and then I am really tired and in bed--and my whole body jerks. Very rarely I will jerk out of sleep and vocalize if I'm having a nightmare. Neither of those things means that I'm good thououghout the night. Anyway I told the local cops that I will call them if I need them. No one showed up which was a relief. We'll see how tonight goes.

Just now
that sounds so stressful, waking up to cops knocking at 9pm is not it. glad you got it sorted and only let one in to check, thats a smart way to handle it. hope tonight is actually quiet for you.

I'm sorry that's happening to you. I do understand about screaming during the night/when you're asleep, though. I had to stop watching scary movies years ago. I screamed loud enough that I woke the neighbors across the street from us. At least they didn't call the police. They just knocked on the door and asked if I was okay. My first wife LOVED watching scary movies. After the screaming incident happened, I refused to watch them with her after that. When Pretty wanted to watch scary movies but didn't want to be alone watching them, I'd sit on the sofa beside her while she watched her choice of scary movies. I was reading a book and didn't pay attention to the television. When we'd start out, I would be sitting beside her as she watched the movie. As the movie got scarier, she'd push behind my shoulder/back until, by the end of the movie, I'd barely be on the sofa and she'd be scrunched completely behind me, pushing me off the sofa. Once, she was watching the movie The Ring and our telephone rang right after the movie ended. I reached to answer the phone and Pretty grabbed my arm and screamed, "Don't answer the phone!". I checked the caller ID and told her Aunt Sue would be pissed if I didn't answer her call.

Three calls? That’s crazy.
