I was awake for awhile at like 3am but eventually I went back to bed. Then I woke up at 7:30. I just went with it so here I am.
It is 70 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 80 but it looks like it will be cloudy for most of the day. Oh well. That will force me to be productive up in here. I need to spot clean the carpet in Charlie's favorite spots to go. 
What kills me is that I've seen him use the litter box many times over the past few months. He knows EXACTLY where he is supposed to go. He's not even like some overly aggressive cat who needs to mark his territory.
Sooooo it looks like I won't be at the pool today. Oh well.

I thought I might fall back asleep since I was up so darn early, but I couldn’t, so I just got up and went over to my dad’s house before daylight. He and my stepmom still aren’t up, but it’s just 7:35am. My dog, however, is having a great time getting to run around the yard.
