Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 80 degrees F and partly sunny. It is going to go down to 66 tonight and then the next several days will be in the low 70s so I turned off the AC and opened up the windows. I dread getting the electric bill for the past month. 
Okay so I knew that 5 hour "nap" yesterday was going to screw me up and it sure did. I actually popped a Seroquel about an hour after I woke up in the evening and went back to bed. Sooooooooooooo yes I woke up in the middle of the night. I didn't stay up for long though. I woke up again to get the Instacart groceries and then I went back to bed. I woke up at 3pm. 
Who knows how tonight will go?
No big plans for the evening. I'm going to spend some time spot cleaning the carpet. I haven't heard from my pool buddies asking where I was so I assume they aren't over there. Maybe tomorrow.
What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

@RasmaSandra Yes, I was on that for a long time, that’s a great suggestion. Maybe I should try it again. It quit working, but maybe it will work now.
